after the summer of 2009, i moved back to my fathers once again. i had created a reputation of not staying in one place for more then a year. so when i started going to Jenks Middle School most people didn't think it would last. however it lasted this time. i started in 7th grade. my "socially awkward" phase was beggining to wear of, however my hair was still past my shoulders and a tinge of awkwardness remained. i remember walking into my first hour class and getting strange looks. jenks was so big it had to be split up in sections. in each grade there were 6 wings that separated the masses of children that attended the school.
i am so glad that i was placed in 7-3 (seventh grade, third wing). mostly due to the fact that Jonathon Vanderveen was also in the wing. Jonathon was one of those friends that you knew you were going to be friends with before you even interduced yourself. within a week my social awkwardness was erased from my personality and me and Jonathon were close friends. now just because my social awkwardness was gone didn't mean i wasn't picked on or disrespected at all, i had my fair share just as everyone does in this messed up society.
i met Dustin Andrews on the bus in the middle of my seventh grade year. he was an eighth grader and not the most quiet kid on the bus ( he was assigned a seat in the beggining of the year for spraying lotion all over the seats, as well as getting the campus policed called mid way through the route for saying "fuck", we had a stricked bus driver). something about Dustin drew me to him i don't know what probably the fact that he didn't take crap from people. but either way i found myself wondering further and further to the back of the bus each day. finally i was acknowledge by him and his two other friends, Kevin and Aaron. within a week or two i was sitting in the back all the time and bounding with the three other guys. they rode my bus because they literally lived right down the street from my house, and eventually i found myself at there houses as well as just spending time with them on the bus.
